Booking Notes

  • Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event
  • Bookings are done on a first-come-first-serve basis
  • When making a request, the renter must include sufficient time in their booked block for set up and take down
  • Gymnasium Availability:
    • Weekday Availability: Not available for rent after 4:00PM Monday – Thursday
    • Weekend Availability: After 7:00PM on Saturdays, not available Sundays
    • Gymnasiums are not available for the months of December and April
