Thunderbird Park Event Booking Request Form

Please note that there are two different booking request forms for Thunderbird Park & Stadium. Review the details prior to filling out a form to ensure that you use the correct one:

Event Booking Request Form – short-term or one-time activities and events (e.g. sports tournament)
Seasonal Booking Request Form – ongoing or recurring bookings (e.g. weekly league games or practices)

Booking Notes

Requests for bookings must be at least 10 days in advance.
Confirmed bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event
Bookings are received and completed within each booking season. Advance bookings are by allocation for each respective season.
- Spring & Summer - April 1 - August 31
- Fall & Winter - September 1 - March 31
If your booking request is for non-sporting events or activities such as fundraising, student club events, a large organization family event, etc., please submit an outdoor event booking request through UBC Campus & Community Planning in addition to this request.
